Conestoga-Waterloo Campus Access Hub
Conestoga has a beautiful new facility that features Corian® Solid Surface that will last for years of busy student and faculty use. This is a project that we at VanderSchaaf Countertops are very proud to have been part of.
Overview
With years of successful growth Conestoga College needed a new access hub for their busy north campus in Waterloo ON. The 58 million dollar expansion added approx. 150,000 square feet to the existing facility. Staged over 4 phases of construction this project included many modern elements using Corian® Solid Surface that moved far beyond the standard countertop application.
About the project
VanderSchaaf Countertops produced and installed approximately 2,200 square feet of solid surface with waterfall edges to the floor, wraps and cladding of vertical desk facades in addition to numerous standard vanities and countertops throughout the building.
Coordination between the millwork firm and the general contractor was critical to ensure that construction timelines were met. Substantial on site work was completed quickly, efficiently and without deficiencies by our professional install team.
